He is survived by his wife Eloise; a son Mick Glendenning and his wife Paula; a daughter Karen Sappier and her husband Frank; step-son Blois Colpitts and his wife Jennifer; grandchildren Stephanie and Nicole, Jackie and Lance, Campbell and William; nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by brothers and sisters Florence, Mary, Carrie, Jessie, William Jr. (Buster), Geraldine, Lulu, Don and Hazen; special niece Betty and step-son Daniel Colpitts. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton with visitation on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held Saturday April 24, 2004 at St. Margaret's Anglican Church at 3:30 pm with Rev. Jon Lownds officiating. Interment will be held at a later date. Arnold will be sadly missed by his special friend; Margaret Glencross of South Branch, one son; Danny Glencross (Joanne) of St. Catherine’s, ON, two step-daughters; Dorothy Wallace (Wayne) of South Branch, Ruby Savoie (Ellis) of South Branch, two step-sons; Robert Murphy (Gloria) of Upper Rexton, Joey Murphy (Wendy Ferguson) of Rexton, two sisters; Lois Beck (late Harold) of Rexton, Vida Finno (late Harrison) of Rexton, two grand daughters Jennifer and Becky, several great grandchildren, seven step-grand children; Dale, Royce, Carla, Bobbi Jo, Jody, Michelle, Brian and several nieces and nephews. Arnold was predeceased by his wife Anne Murphy and one brother; Allison.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Friday from 12:30 pm until time of funeral. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 6th, 2011 at 2:00 pm, Thompson’s Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Reverend Galen Smith. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Rexton United Church Building Fund or Canadian Cancer Society or donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
