Miss Geraldine Laidlaw, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Laidlaw of Boise, who will become the bride of David Little of Emmett, is being feted at numerous parties preceding her marriage on Sept. 9 at St. Michael's cathedral. This wedding will unite two of Idaho's most prominent families in the woolgrowing business. The bride's father is prominent in the Idaho Wool Growers' association and her mother is president of the women's auxiliary. The bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Andrew Little of Emmett and the late Andrew Little, who for many years was known as the king of Idaho sheepmen.
The wedding is scheduled for next Tuesday at 4 p. m. with Dean Frank A. Rhea officiating. Maid of honor will be the bride's sister, Miss Annabel Laidlaw; bridesmaids will be Miss Dorothy Coon and Miss Lollie Villeneuve. Andrew Little, Jr., will be best man, and ushers will be Walter Little, Jr., and Robert Naylor.
Miss Lollie Villeneuve and Bill Barrett were hosts at a dinner Saturday evening, honoring Miss Laidlaw and David Little. The dinner was held at the Valencia club. Other guests were Miss Kathryn Bisenius and Jack McCue."

"EMMETT – Amid a setting of white asters and lighted tapers at St. Michael's cathedral in Boise, Miss Geraldine Laidlaw, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Laidlaw of Boise, and David Little, son of Mrs. Andrew Little of Emmett were married Tuesday by the Rev. Frank A. Rhea. The bride wore a white satin gown with a lace yoke, and a finger-tip veil belonging to Mrs. Andrew Little. Her shower bouquet was of gardenias and stephanotis. Miss Annabel Laidlaw, sister of the bride, was maid-of-honor, and Miss Dorothy Coon and Miss Lollie Villeneuve were attendants. Andrew Little Jr., brother of the bridegroom, was best man, and Walter Little Jr., and Robert Naylor were ushers. Jean Pence was soloist and James Strachan, organist.
A reception at the bride's home followed. Mrs. Lawrence Bettis of Gannett poured, and Mrs. Robert Naylor of Emmett presided at the punch bowl. Mrs. Fred Laidlaw of Buhl served the wedding cake.
The couple both attended the University of Idaho, where she was affiliated with Delta Gamma sorority, and a member of Cardinal Key and Phi Upsilon Omicron. Little was affiliated with Sigma Chi fraternity. Mrs. Little is also a graduate of St. Teresa's Academy in Boise and attended the University of California. They will make their home in Emmett at the Motz apartment at 629 Main street, following a wedding trip of 10 days in California. Little is a stockman here."

"ANDREW D.LITTLE
IDAHO FALLS-Andrew D. Little, 60, died Saturday at Boise following a heart attack.
He was born Sept. 26, 1916 at Howe, Idaho to James D. and Alice Mays Little. He graduated from Idaho Falls High. He married Barbara Wright on June 25, 1945. She died Nov. 9, 1972. He married Margaret Tucker in June of 1976.
He retired from ranching in Howe in 1968, moving to Idaho Falls. She was associated with Wackerli Realty the last several years, was a member of the Elds Lodge, the Masons, and was a board member of the Idaho PCA. He was past president of the Idaho Wool Growers and of the national Wool Growers Association. He was also a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two sons, James D. of Pocatello and Jock of Idaho Falls; one daughter, Jame M. Little of Idaho Falls; two brothers, Forrest W. Little of Blackfoot and Jay D. Little of Howe: and four sisters, Mrs. Don (Margaret) Waymire of Howe, Mrs. J. Blaine (Grace) Anderson of Boise, Mrs. James (Jean) Werry of Boise, and Mrs. David R. (Helen) Miller of Caldwell
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the first Presbyterian Church with Dr. William Evans officiating. Burial will be at Flelding Memorial Park in Idaho Falls
Friends may make contributions to their favorite charity or to the American Diabetic Association. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Buck Sullivan Funeral Home."
