New Update for 2011
This section includes all known descendants of Duncan Dewar and Jannet Cameron. The only exceptions are that certain details of living people are omitted and the youngest generations of children are not listed at all.
- As it has been some time since these pages were updated, there are some additional details of this line, including confirmation of dates and places of events and 1911 census of Scotland and more details about the Dewar families in USA
- new to this version are Confirmation of Estates in Scotland
While I have verified some of the information from original OPR and SI data from New Register House, in Edinburgh and census records from USA, other data has been gathered from various sources and so it is recommended you obtain verification independently for data that is vital to your research.
