He is survived by his wife Margaret, one daughter, Mrs. Margaret Anna Kelly of Vancouver, two sons, Robert Currie and Peter Lee Thomson at home; his mother Mrs. Anna Thomson of Keswick, Ont., also a brother Frank Thomson in Western Ontario. At the time of his passing the Rev. Mr. Thomson was pastor of Wilkinson Road and Garden City United Churches. Funeral services from McCall Bros. Floral Funeral Chapel on Wednesday afternoon, May 7, at 1:30 o'clock. Rev. Wm. Allen and Rev. M. Moore officiating. Cremation."

Predeceased by his parents, Roy and Edna Thomson and his sister Irma Brydson. He also leaves his beloved animal friends, Skylet, Mena, Chouchou and Gigi.A private funeral and burial will be held. A public Remembrance of Ken's life will be held on September 29, 2006 at 11:00 am at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto.
